WebThere are not alot of answers about this regarding the Surface Pro 7. This is what I did, and it worked: Device Manager > HID Compliant Touchscreen > "Right Click" > Disable. AND: You have to do this as well. Device Manager > Intel (R) Precise Touch Device > "Right Click" > Disable. Restart when prompted. Problem Solved.
