Web3 jul. 2024 · I was issued today an EPA fine of $622.00 for littering a lit cigarette butt out of my car window today, dating back to the 10/8/16, now considering I don't smoke in my car and at the time of the incident which was 1:40pm and the date it happened I was on my way to work at which i would've started at 2:00pm.
