Web13 de abr. de 2024 · In a previous post I shared that pigeon is my nemesis pose. As such I thought it would be a good idea to discuss how to improve pigeon pose. While I don’t think I’ll ever love it, using the tricks and tips in this post have made it more accessible. So much, that I no longer dread it. Disclaimer: Links in this post may be affiliate links.
