WebAug 20, 2015 · Doheny beach has plenty to do. There are vollyball nets and balls as well as a snack bar and rental shop for bikes, board and other beach items. There are restroooms and park space with picnic tables. It is a surffing beach with waves and rip tides, so not really for swimming. Also, the water is cool and rocky.
